Make one giant toastie in a sheet pan! A layer of overlapping bread slices is topped with ham, cheese, tomato and red onion. Add a final layer of bread, then top with a weighted sheet tray. Bake in the oven until crisp and slice into giant sandwiches.
12 slices soft white sliced pan
12 slices Denny Dry Cure Ham
350g Cheddar, grated
2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
½ a red onion, thinly sliced
Salt and black pepper
These French toast-wrapped sausages are perfect for creative dipping!
8 Denny Gold Medal Sausages
8 slices of bread, white or wholemeal, crusts removed
Salt and black pepper
Butter, for cooking
Honey cinnamon butter (100g butter + 2 tbsp honey + ½ tsp cinnamon)
Bread dough is stuffed with grated Mozzarella, torn ham and pineapple chunks, then baked in a pull-apart ring. Served with a bowl of tomato passata for dipping.
